Job Description

- Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes affecting business operations.
- Assist in project management, including planning, execution, and performance tracking.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
- No prior professional work experience required.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel for routine data organization and report preparation.
- Familiarity with standard data tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, or Power BI) is helpful but not required.
- Basic problem-solving ability and interest in supporting data analysis tasks under supervision.
- Ability to follow instructions and work under close supervision.
- Ability to collaborate with team members in a remote work environment.
Preferred Skills
- Written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin.
- Knowledge of project management principles and tools is preferred.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
