- Participate in cross-functional risk projects following standard risk-management workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Accounting, or a related field.

- Ability to learn and use standard risk and finance tools with guidance (e.g., ERP/GL systems or BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI).
- Basic problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and work under close supervision.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills in English.
- Ability to collaborate with team members in a remote work environment.
Preferred Skills
- Coursework or internship experience in risk management, credit analysis, audit, or compliance.
- Written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin.
- Exposure to introductory SQL or to BI dashboarding tools.
- Familiarity with basic statistical or probability concepts (distributions, hypothesis testing).
Preferred But Not Required
All preferred qualifications are optional and are not minimum requirements for the position.
These preferred skills do not increase the complexity of the offered position and do not elevate the wage level.
The entry-level employee will work under close supervision, and all advanced tasks will be assigned only to senior staff.
