Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly budget-to-actual reports and variance commentary.
- Enter and reconcile financial data in the company's ERP / general-ledger system.
- Support the close process by completing standard reconciliations and journal entry preparation.
- Pull data from internal systems to populate recurring management reports.

- Respond to routine questions from business stakeholders about expenses, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Participate in cross-functional finance projects following standard FP&A workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- No prior professional work experience required.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel for routine data organization and report preparation.
- Ability to learn and use standard finance tools with guidance (e.g., ERP systems such as NetSuite/QuickBooks, or BI tools such as Tableau/Power BI).
- Basic problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and work under close supervision.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills in English.
- Ability to collaborate with team members in a remote work environment.
Preferred Skills
- Coursework or internship experience in FP&A, accounting, or audit.
- Written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin.
- Exposure to introductory SQL or to BI dashboarding tools.
Preferred But Not Required
All preferred qualifications are optional and are not minimum requirements for the position.
These preferred skills do not increase the complexity of the offered position and do not elevate the wage level.
The entry-level employee will work under close supervision, and all advanced tasks will be assigned only to senior staff.
Wage Level Justification
This posting is classified using the worksheet method from the DOL's 2009 Prevailing Wage Determination Policy Guidance (see Wage Level Determination). Baseline occupation: Financial and Investment Analysts (O*NET-SOC 13-2051.00), Job Zone 4 — experience range over 2 and up to 4 years; usual education: Bachelor's degree.
This posting is the Level I baseline. Every determination starts at Level I, and none of the four scored factors adds a point here:

|---|---|---|
| Step 2 Experience | No prior professional work experience required — at or below the start of the Job Zone 4 range | +0 |
| Step 3 Education | Bachelor's degree, the usual education for the occupation | +0 |
| Step 4 Special Skills | Excel, ERP/GL, and BI tools are covered by the occupation's O*NET Tasks and Technology Skills baseline; Mandarin is preferred but not required, so no foreign-language point applies | +0 |
